Arthur Hagopian , 76, was last seen on Monday, April 27, 2015, at 4:10 p.m., in the College Street and Augusta Avenue area.
He is described as 5'9", large build, 209 lbs., with grey receding hair and full beard. He was last seen wearing hospital scrubs, a grey housecoat and white sneakers.
Police are concerned for his safety.
