Jose Rocha, 51, was last seen on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at approximately 7:45 a.m., near Dundas Street West and Ossington Avenue.
He is described as 5'8", 180 lbs., average build, short hair, and unshaven.
Police are concerned for his safety.
