A Toronto Police Service officer has been arrested and charged.

Constable Ravneet Dhillon, 25, with two years of service, is attached to 14 Division.

It is alleged that:

– on Saturday, December 18, 2010, at 2:49 a.m., police responded to a single-car collision into a pole at 2239 Dundas Street West,

– the driver of the vehicle was arrested and charged.

Ravneet Dhillon, 25, of Brampton, is charged with:

1) Impaired Driving,
2) Over 80 mg Operation.

The officer was off duty at the time of the incident.

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Monday, February 7, 2011, room 111, at 11 a.m.
