On Sunday, December 19, 2010, members of 52 Division were canvassing the public, advising them about a man known only by a nickname “TATTOO,” wanted for alleged theft of money from a busker in the Dundas Street West/Spadina Avenue area, in front of the Dragon City Shopping Mall.

It is alleged that:

– during the canvass, officers received a call to attend the area of McCaul Street/Dundas Street West regarding the wanted man,

– he was located and arrested for two counts of Theft.

Further investigation revealed that the accused had allegedly threatened to kick the victim through the plate glass window of the store where the theft had taken place.

Thomas Stephen Dunlop, 42, of no fixed address, is charged with:

1) Theft,
2) Mischief,
3) Theft,
4) Robbery.
