Sang-Woo Ye back in Toronto to face murder charges

On Wednesday, May 9, 2007, at 11:57 p.m., police responded to a call from Toronto EMS regarding a shooting victim at their station on Sheppard Avenue East.

On Wednesday, October 27, 2010, Sang-Woo Ye, now 29, surrendered to Korean authorities. He remained in custody awaiting an extradition hearing.

On Friday, December 17, 2010, Sang-Woo Ye, 29, of Toronto, was brought back to Toronto and charged with:

1) First Degree Murder,
2) Conspiracy to murder,
3) three counts of Conspiracy to commit indictable offence,
4) two counts of Robbery,
5) Forcible Confinement.

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Monday, December 20, 2010, at 10 a.m.
