A Scugog Township resident has been arrested following a sexual assault investigation involving a young 15-year-old male victim.

Investigators arrested a Scugog man after recently being informed about sexual assault allegations involving the 15-year-old victim. The incidents are alleged to have occurred in 2009.

Gary ROSA, age 48, a resident of the Township of Scugog is charged with: Sexual Interference; Invitation to Sexual Touching; Sexual Assault; Expose Genitals to Person Under the Age of 16 years and Threaten Death – Bodily Harm. The accused was held for a bail hearing.

The accused was both a hockey and baseball coach in Toronto during the 1990s and investigators want to ensure there are no more victims.
