Willoughby Marshall, 75, was last seen on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at 8 p.m., in the Kingston Road and Morningside Avenue area.
He is described as black, 5'5", 160-170 lbs., medium build, wears glasses, short black hair and is unshaven. He was last seen wearing a brown khaki jacket, brown striped T-shirt, blue trackpants with white vertical stripes on the sides and a dark grey hat.
Police are concerned for his safety.
