Geoffrey Lewis, 45, was last seen on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, in the Jarvis Street and Queen Street East area.

He is described as 5'9", thin build, with straight black, grey, and white hair, and blue eyes. He is clean-shaven and wears glasses.

Police are concerned for his safety.
