The Greater Sudbury Police Service is currently investigating a Robbery complaint that occurred at the Shoppers Drug Mart on RR80 in Hanmer that took place at approximately 1115 pm on December 31.
A lone male entered Shoppers Drug Mart wearing a grey hoodie and ski mask while carrying a long barreled shotgun and a duffle bag.
The male removed items of property from the drug store and fled on foot after being confronted by staff.
No one inside the store was injured during the robbery.
A K-9 track was conducted with negative results.
The robbery is being investigated by the Criminal Investigations Unit.
