Two men wanted for robbery at Roger’s Wireless outlet, Ajax

Police are looking for two suspects after an Ajax store was robbed at gunpoint yesterday.

On Monday, January 3, 2011, at approximately 4:30 p.m., officers were called to the Roger’s Wireless outlet on Kingston Road East in Ajax. Two masked men – one armed with a handgun – stole a quantity of cellular telephones and cash. The suspects fled on foot eastbound through a footpath, where it is believed they got into a getaway vehicle. No physical injuries were reported.

Suspect #1 is described as male, black, 18-25 years old, 6’ tall, wearing a black toque, black/blue patterned scarf covering his face, black sweater and black jeans.

Suspect #2 is described as male, black, 18-25 years old, 5’6” tall, wearing a grey hooded sweater, a black stocking covering his face and grey track pants. He was carrying a handgun.
