Nadiya Salim, 22, was last seen on Monday, August 31, 2015, at 6 p.m. in the Eglinton Avenue East and Lebovic Avenue area.
She is described as 5'1", slim build, short red/brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink floral tank top, black capri pants and black/pink Nike flip-flops.
Police are concerned for her safety.
