Charged in connection with this case are: 25 year-old Tristan Ross IRONSTAR, DOB: 1985-12-09 and 41 year-old Rajesh Singh GUMBER, DOB: 1969-05-29, both of Regina. Each is facing a single charge of Fraud over Five-Thousand Dollars, contrary to section 380(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada. Both will make their first appearances on the charge in Provincial Court on February 9, 2011.
