On Sunday January 23, 2011at approximately 2:09 AM, London Police responded to a call to check on the welfare of the occupant at an apartment at 114-1209 Arbour Glen. While at the apartment, it was discovered that the radiator pipe had burst and there was about 3" inches of water on the floor. Police checked for the occupant but located a marihuana grow op instead. There was approximately $60,000 damage to the unit.

On Monday January 24, 2011, Police arrested 32 year old Peter Seligman, the registered tenant of 114-1209 Arbour Glen, at his Queen Street address.

At approximately 12:00 PM, the London Police Guns and Drugs Section, with assistance from the RCMP, executed search warrants at both the Arbour Glen address and the Queen Street address.

Police located and seized 190 marihuana plants worth $190,000 with grow equipment, as well as 1557grams of marihuana bud worth $15, 570. Police also located and seized 17 grams of psilocybin (magic mushrooms) worth $170.

As a result of the warrants 32 year old Peter Seligman of London has been charged with possession of psilocybin, two counts of trafficking in marihuana and production of marihuana.
