Officers attended a parking lot on San Pietroway and located a man suffering from an obvious gunshot wound.
On Wednesday, December 9, 2009, a warrant was obtained for First Degree Murder for Eric Carty, then 29.
On Thursday, January 27, 2011, Eric Carty, 30, was arrested by Peel Regional Police’s Street Crime, Gang Unit, without incident.
He was taken to 31 Division and charged with First Degree Murder.
He was schedule to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Friday, January 29, 2011, room 506, 10 a.m.
