Veteran Toronto police officer charged with criminal harassment

A Toronto Police Service officer has been arrested and charged.

Constable Kim Baker, 57, has 30 years’ service, and is currently attached to the Risk Management Unit. He was off-duty at the time of the alleged offence.

It is alleged that:

– during December 2010 and January 2011, the accused harassed a woman on the GO Train.

On Tuesday, February 1, 2011, the accused was charged with:

1) Criminal Harassment.

He will appear in court at College Park, on Monday, March 14, 2011, room 505, at 10 a.m.
