The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Steve Christodoulou, 42, was last seen on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at 1 p.m., in the Kingston Road/Brimley Road area, however is very familiar with the Montrose Avenue/Harbord Street area.

He has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old. Due to the cold weather alert, police are concerned for his safety.

He is described as white, 5’10", medium build, short brown hair and wears round glasses. He was last seen wearing a 3/4 length black winter jacket with a zipper hood, black mittens, dark boots, blue jeans and carrying a plastic bag. He was possibly wearing a red sweater.

UPDATE: Steve has been located.
