Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have located one of two men missing from Featherston Drive in Mississauga.
 
On Thursday, January 20, 2011, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Peel Police attended an address on Featherston Drive in response to a complaint of two missing North York men; FEI Xiu Jun (“Johnny”) and HAN Jiangou (“Tony”). Also missing from the location was a Mercedes Benz sedan, owned by one of the two men. 
 
This vehicle was located in Toronto on January 21, 2011.
 
On Wednesday, January 26, 2011, FEI Xiu Jun (“Johnny”) was located in the Don Mills area of Toronto.
 
The investigation has determined that Mr. FEI was abducted.
A warrant of arrest has been issued for WU Wei Guo, a 43 year-old male of no fixed address. Mr. WU is described as a male, Asian, 5’7” tall, weighing 170 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.

The investigation is continuing and officers are asking that members of the public and the media to understand that our priority continues to be the safe return of HAN Jiangou (“Tony”). As such, the integrity of this investigation is paramount and, accordingly, information will only be released when it is deemed appropriate to do so.
