25 year old Glenford Johnson charged with attempted murder, Toronto

On Sunday, February 13 2011, at 9:09 p.m., police responded to a call for an unknown trouble at 390 Dawes Road.

It is alleged that:

– a 39-year-old man was stabbed five times in the back and once in the neck by another man.

The victim was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

On Sunday, February 13, 2011, at 9:41 p.m., Glenford Johnson, 25, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) Attempt Murder,
2) two counts Assault with a weapon,
3) Aggravated assault.

He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Monday, February 14, 2011, room 507, at 10 a.m.
