Sixteen-year-old Katelyn Nicks was last seen on Friday, January 28 at approximately 2:45 p.m. in Halifax where she was staying. She was reported missing later that evening and police have been attempting to locate her since then without success. Katelyn is known to frequent the south end of Halifax, and has gone missing before but not for such an extended period of time. Katelyn is a white female, 5’6", 200 lbs., with shoulder length brown hair and green eyes.
At this time investigators do not believe Katelyn has met with foul play, however, given her age, there is concern for her well being. Officers request that Katelyn, or anyone with information on her whereabouts, calls Halifax Regional Police
