On Thursday February 24, 2011, police again charged the accused in a sexual assault investigation.
It is further alleged that:
– in late 1998, a women attended Acumed, at 44 Royal York Road, for acupuncture treatment and was sexually assaulted by the accused.
Bruce Hocking, 47, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday March 24, 2011, room 202, at 1:30 p.m.
