Two charged for drug trafficking in London

On Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at 6:00 PM, London Police foot patrol officers were on patrol in the area of Dundas Street and Richmond Street when they observed two males engaged in what was believed to be drug trafficking. Further investigation led to two males from London being arrested and charged with drug offences. Police seized 1.1 grams of marihuana, 60mg morphine tablets (x6) and a 100 mg morphine tablet (x1).

William Fegan, a 25 year old male from London is charged with:
– Possession of a substance included in Schedule I for the purpose of trafficking contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
– Unlawfully possess a substance included in Schedule II contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Todd Joanisse, a 38 year old male from London is charged with:
– Possession of a substance included in Schedule I for the purpose of trafficking contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
