The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– a man who was a member of a church in the Pharmacy Avenue and St. Clair Avenue East area befriended a woman, 55
– between June 1, 2012 and August 30, 2012, the woman was sexually assaulted by the man at her residence
– between September 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012, the woman was sexually assaulted again by the accused
On Thursday, December 2, 2016, Bisnauth Singh, 54 of Toronto, was arrested and charged with;
1) two counts of Sexual Assault
He appeared in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Friday, December 2, 2016, 10 a.m., courtroom 412.
