The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance locating a wanted woman in connection with a child−abuse investigation.
It is alleged that:
− a mother failed to provide the necessaries of life to her seven−year−old daughter.
On Wednesday, December 28, 2011, at 4 p.m., police located Aaliyah Medas-Smith, 9, in a home in the Don Mills Road/Sheppard Avenue East area.
Aela Medas, 28, is still wanted for:
1) Fail to Provide the Necessaries of Life
She is described as black, 28, 5’6″, 130 lbs.
