The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing man.
Sebastian Herve, 40, was last seen on Friday, September 1, 2017, in the Bloor Street East and Parliament Street area.
He is described as 5’7″, approximately 155 lbs, short brown hair.
Police are concerned for his safety.
