Scott Eliot,57, was last seen on Thursday, October 25, 2018, in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as 5’07″, 221 lbs., with black hair and black eyes. There are no clothing descriptions at this time.
Police are concerned for his safety.
