Marcell Andrew Borden was last seen on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at approximately 11 a.m., in the Port Union Road and Sheppard Avenue East area.
He is described as 5â€
8�, 130 lbs., a thin build, short black hair. He was last seen wearing black track pants and a black hoodie with “True Religion� on the back.
Police are concerned for his safety.
