Teresia CAO was last seen at her residence by her family on Sunday, July 25, 2010. Ms. Cao was reported missing after her family discovered that she had made arrangements to meet a 21 year-old male from the United States at a local hotel.
Police have conducted checks of all the area hotels, but have not been able to locate the parties. Police have identified and issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Alexander Gildon TAKACS, a 21 year-old male from Connecticut, U.S.A.
Alexander TAKACS is wanted for Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference. Mr. TAKACS is described as Asian, 5’7” tall, 160 lb with a thin build.
The victim, Teresia CAO is described as Asian, 5’3” tall, 110 lbs, with a thin build. She has long brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of either Teresia CAO or Alexander TAKACS is asked to call the Special Victim’s Unit
