Brian Burke, President and General Manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced Tuesday that forward Joey Crabb has been recalled from the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League.

Crabb, 27, has played in 34 games for the Marlies this season and currently leads the team with 11 goals. He has also added seven assists along with 31 penalty minutes. He was previously recalled by the Leafs on November 30 and played two games collecting one assist. The Leafs signed the 6-1, 190-pound forward as a free agent on July 1, 2010.

He was originally the New York Rangers’ seventh choice, selected 226th overall, in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.
