On Saturday July 14, 2012, the 13th stage of the Tour de France will be wretched for some of the racers, but in view of the flat nature of the stage, it will be a delightful for sprinters.
Stage 13 has flat but not straight with a total 238m high point over a distance of 217km, it schedule from Saint-Paul-Trois-Chateaux to Le Cap d’Agde.
The stage runs close to the Mediterranean and it’s not far from one of France’s prime windsurfing locations. The riders will be heading into the sea today and if it’s a breezy day then often blustering in hard off.
Stage 13 is of the flat plain diverse track, which will certainly benefit those participants that like to put their head down and take off. The riders will come down from the mountains to reach the southern coast of France.
It is one of the longest stage of the race this year. Besides, riders are not completely fresh today as they just completed the longest stage of the entire tour yesterday.
