Australia`s Big Bash League champions Sydney Sixers that include the world class players who also gave performances in the world T20, will take on the IPL runners-up, Chennai Super Kings when the two teams play in their opening Group B encounter of the Champions League T20, at Johannesburg on Sunday.

Spectators hope this clash between the Group B heavyweights to be worth staying up for. The Sixers will be hoping to live up to their name, with red-hot Shane Watson looking to carry his superior form from the ICC World T20 2012. The Super Kings will struggle to live up to their name, as it is impossible to have 11 kings, no matter how well they perform.

The Super Kings scraped into the IPL playoffs on run rate, but they did progress to the final by grapping big victories against Mumbai and Delhi. Kings relied heavily on its batting in the IPL, and with the likes of Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni and co. expect very little to change. The team also include three Australians in its squad; Mike Hussey, Doug Bollinger and Ben Hilfenhaus. The probable CSK squad will include: MS Dhoni (C), Ravindra Jadeja, Shadab Jakati, Albie Morkel, Ravichandran Ashwin, Suresh Raina, Doug Bollinger, Francois du Plessis, Nuwan Kulasekara, Yo Mahesh, Murali Vijay, Wriddhiman Saha, Ben Hilfenhaus, Subramaniam Badrinath, Michael Hussey.

On the other hand, the Sixers won the inaugural BBL with a crushing seven wicket victory over the Perth Scorchers. Brad Haddin and Moises Henriques have scored big centuries in their domestic season.

Their two most dominant players include Shane Watson – the skilled all-round as recently evident in Sri Lanka, and Mitchell Starc – who spread destruction with regular spells. Both have reportedly brought extra bags with them in anticipation of collecting a great number of; man of the match awards. The likely SS line up will include: Brad Haddin (C), Ian Moran, Shane Watson, Peter Nevill, Pat Cummins, Steve O’Keefe, Josh Hazlewood, Michael Lumb, Dom Thornely, Mitchell Starc, Steve Smith, Ben Rohrer, Nathan McCullum, Moises Henriques, Nic Maddinson.
