Yonex Denmark Open 2012: Day 2 Watch live online streaming

On the first day of Yonex Denmark Open 2012, Joachim Fischer and Jonas Rasmussen have advanced to the main tournament in Men’s double. Now the Danes will be up against countrymen Rasmus Bonde and Mads Conrad-Petersen on Wednesday.

Anders Kristiansen is at Yonex Denmark Open playing with Anders Skaarup Rasmussen. His usual partner Kim Astrup is injured.  Anders and Anders played their second game against Indonesians Dasuki and Gunawan in a very close match. After nearly an hour the Danes lost 16-21, 22-20, 19-21.

The last two players to enter the main tournament are Chai and Zhang from China. Earlier this year they won China Masters.

In Women’s singles, Mette Poulsen lost in two sets to Bulgarian Popstoikova, while Sandra-Maria Jensen lost her match against Laura Vana with 21-19, 15-21, 19-21.

In the mixed doubles, Maria Helsbøl and Jonas Rasmussen have lost to Jiaming Tao and Tang Jinhua from China with 21-12, 16-21, 19-21.

The young pair Niclas Nøhr and Joan Christiansen did as hoped play free and without nerves against the major favorites Kim/Kim from Korea with 21-19, 21-17.
