After a disappointing loss in the opening game, the Delhi Daredevils would be hoping for a better batting performance when they will face Rajasthan Royals, in the fourth match of the IPL, at Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium, Delhi on Saturday.
DD Captain Mahela Jayawardena looked impressive in the last match, and now the team need contribution from the top order to grab a victory in the second match. The likely DD squad will include: DA Warner, DPMD Jayawardene (c), U Chand, MC Juneja, NV Ojha (w), J Botha, IK Pathan, AD Russell, S Nadeem, A Nehra, UT Yadav.
The Rajasthan Royals failed to retain the momentum after winning the opening edition of the IPL. They will be keen to repeat their past winning streak. An experienced player like Rahul Dravid leading a few young Indian talents would turn the team into a surprise package. Delhi DD really made a mess of a simple task after Warner put them in commanding position. Without Pietersen, Morkel and Ryder, DD may not win any games this year. This may have been their best chance.
