After a flawless performance, India are just near to grab a victory in their second straight world title as they will face England in final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2013 in Birmingham on Sunday.

Both the sides are very excited to enter this interesting match with both the teams in exceptional form. Both the sides cruised through the group stage and picked up easy wins against South Africa and Sri Lanka in the semi-finals. India’s batting has attributed them the great strength and enabled them through to the final but they face a challenging prospect of the English bowling attack where James Anderson performed fantastically throughout the tournament. The opening partnership is going to be crucial against England due to the swinging conditions so Dhawan and Rohit Sharma will be required by their team to play solid at the final stage. The likely Indian lineup will include: 1 Shikhar Dhawan, 2 Rohit Sharma, 3 Virat Kohli, 4 Dinesh Karthik, 5 MS Dhoni (capt. & wk), 6 Suresh Raina, 7 Ravindra Jadeja, 8 R Ashwin, 9 Bhuvneshwar Kumar, 10 Ishant Sharma, 11 Umesh Yadav.

On the other hand, England, who have lost in the finals of both the World Cup and the Champions Trophy over the past two decades, will be looking to exploit home conditions against a new breed of carefree Indian cricketers who have taken the tournament by storm. The hosts grabbed a well margin victory against South Africa by seven wickets in the tournament`s first semifinal at The Oval. That has revealed the team`s ability to bowl out a decent batting line-up in less than 39 overs would have given the English bowlers a big shot in the arm. The probable English squad will include: 1 Alastair Cook (capt), 2 Ian Bell, 3 Jonathan Trott, 4 Joe Root, 5 Eoin Morgan, 6 Jos Buttler (wk), 7 Ravi Bopara, 8 Tim Bresnan, 9 Stuart Broad, 10 Graeme Swann, 11 James Anderson.
