After winning the opening T20 clash, New Zealand will face West Indies in the second and final T20 game at Roseau on Sunday.

Rain interrupted play for the opening game but New Zealand were advantaged by batting second as they won by 12 runs on the basis of the Duckworth-lewis method. Tim Southee was not lucky enough to get man of the match with his contribution with the ball as he dismissed Dwayne Smith and Kieron Pollard and had the bowling figures of 2 for 20. The probable Kiwi squad will include: 1 Kane Williamson, 2 Jimmy Neesham, 3 Brendon McCullum (capt), 4 Ross Taylor, 5 Tom Latham/BJ Watling, 6 Corey Anderson, 6 , 7 Luke Ronchi (wk), 8 Mark Craig, 9 Tim Southee, 10 Neil Wagner/Mark Craig, 11 Trent Boult.

On the other hands, the West Indies’ openers failed to shine but both Simmons and Dwayne Smith have had played impressively throughout their Indian Premier League campaigns and will be confident they can do the job even in the absence of Chris Gayle. Though the hosts cannot win the series, still they can manage to show their brilliance and level the Twenty20 series up. The likely West Indian line-up will include: 1 Dwayne Smith, 2 Lendl Simmons, 3 Andre Fletcher, 4 Darren Bravo, 5 Kieron Pollard, 6 Darren Sammy (capt), 7 Denesh Ramdin (wk), 8 Andre Russell, 9 Sunil Narine, 10 Samuel Badree, 11 Krishmar Santokie.
