Anupam Mittal, the Chairman and Managing Director of Shaadi.com, the world’s largest matrimonial service inaugurated their first Canadian Shaadi.com Centre in Toronto. The center which is located at 5160 Explorer Drive, Unit 15, Mississauga was inaugurated in the presence of distinguished guests, representatives from media and local political and government officials at a private ceremony.

The inauguration function began with a ribbon cutting ceremony by Mr. Anupam Mittal, followed by lighting of the lamp according to Indian tradition. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Anupam Mittal said that “Toronto was our first choice for Shaadi.com’s international centre because of its rich multi cultural heritage. Toronto’s large South Asian population is diverse and has developed a vibrant Canadian identity while maintaining strong connections with their Asian roots. Our center will help young people find happiness in marriage alliances here in Canada as well as outside the country.”
