MUSE/IQUE’s innovative Uncorked Series brings legendary Western singer Michael Martin Murphey ("Wildfire") to the Autry Center for a celebration of Western music and storytelling. Prior to the performance, enjoy a fireside wine and chat with actresses Wendie Malick (Hot in Cleveland), Amy Madigan (an Oscar nominee for Twice in a Lifetime) and artistic director Rachel Worby, exploring the preservation of wild horses and cowboy culture. This special evening is set to entertain with a mix of film clips, poems, fairy tales, dances and Murphey’s classic tunes, which include "Carolina in the Pines," "Cherokee Fiddle," "Cowboy Logic," and "What’s Forever For." The multi-award-winning singer-songwriter was also nominated for a 2009 Grammy for Best Bluegrass Album. Learn more…
