Pacific Serenades in Grafts & Hybrids: Schubert, Wolf, World Premiere

The Pacific Serenades close their 26th season with Grafts & Hybrids, a program highlighted by Schubert’s “Death and the Maiden” quartet and the world premiere of Josh Morell’s Four Songs for baritone and string quartet, a work inspired by the Roman poet Lucretius’s philosophical epic On the Nature of the Universe. The program also features songs for baritone and string quartet by Austrian composer Hugo Wolf.
