William Inge’s drama Come Back, Little Sheba charts the declining marriage of recovering alcoholic Doc Delaney and his devoted wife Lola. Their shaky relationship begins to unravel completely once they take in a pretty young boarder, Marie. Los Angeles City College Theatre Academy presents a benefit staged reading of the classic domestic drama featuring Broadway stars Faith Prince (Tony and Drama Desk Award winner for her portrayal of Adelaide in the 1992 revival of Guys and Dolls) and Tony Plana (Ugly Betty, Zoot Suit). These noted actors will perform alongside students from LACC Theatre Academy’s Advanced Actor training program.
