A tribute to the late, great Man in Black, Cash’d Out brings legendary country singer-songwriter Johnny Cash’s early hits to life on stage. With more than 100 songs in their repertoire, Cash’d Out performs such classics as “Walk the Line,” “Folsom Prison Blues,” “Cocaine Blues” and “Greystone Chapel.” Frontman Douglas Benson even bears a striking resemblance to Cash, and performs with the band in a quartet setup — recreating the much-loved and highly regarded Cash and the Tennessee Three era. The band performs songs from the Columbia and Sun Records days with the energy found on Cash’s Folsom and San Quentin live recordings.
