Executive Chef Joan Monfaredi Welcomes Your Little Ones Into Her Kitchen Calling all Chefs between the ages of 6 12 years old to join Executive Chef Joan Monfaredi in her kitchen for a gathering of the culinary gifted and creative minds. As your Mini-Chefs don their personalized Park Hyatt Chef aprons they will take over the kitchen and exercise their culinary rights by making pasta dough that suits their palettes, selecting and pairing their preferred fruit selection for cocktail skewers, design Meatballs in shapes and designs of their choosing and experiment with ingredients as they travel the journey of creating Honeydew Melon Soup with Chef Joan. After spending the morning in the kitchen, Mini-Chefs and their parents will be the first to experience our new Tasting & Sharing family menu which includes items such as Gluten Free Tomato Focaccia, Chilled Honeydew Melon Soup Shots, Hand Rolled Pappardelle, Sauted Shrimp and Mini May West Cakes for Dessert. $30 Per Child | $60 Per Adult
