When her father is abducted after picking roses from the garden of the mysterious Beast, Beauty offers herself in exchange for her parent’s safety. Thus begins a journey of love and transformation for both herself and the Beast. Featuring a score of Russian masters including Dvorak, Shostakovich, Tchaikovsky and Mendelssohn, Beauty and the Beast also features spectacular sets, stunning costumes and amazing theatrical effects. Transcendent music, fantastic visuals and — most importantly — sublime choreography make this ballet a feast for the senses, to be savored long after the lights come up.
