Three married couples get together for an evening of drinking and good old-fashioned spouse-swapping in Jeff Gould’s hit comedy It’s Just Sex. Having caught her husband Phil mid-tryst with a call girl earlier that day, turnabout is fair play for hostess Joan, who kicks things off by suggesting adultery. From there it’s a downhill roller coaster of laughs and surprises as the liquor flows, secrets are revealed, games are played, trust is tested, boundaries are broken, and reality turns to fantasy as trust turns to lust. By the end of this quick-moving yet thought-provoking comedy, all three couples’ relationships are forever changed.
