Jesse McCartney has been performing his whole life, making his debut on Broadway when he was just 10 years old. After stints appearing on stage in hit musicals, and an award-winning role on ABC’s All My Children, he joined the boy band Dream Street. By the time he released his debut album, Beautiful Soul, he was a bona fide star — that CD sold over 1.8 million copies. And McCartney just keeps adding to his resume: He’s a popular TV guest actor, a mega-successful voice artist (playing Theodore in the Alvin and the Chipmunks movie series), and he’s also had great success as a songwriter, including co-writing Leona Lewis’ monster hit “Bleeding Love,” which went to No. 1 in 34 countries. He’s touring in support of his latest disco-pop album, In Technicolor, and its first single, “Superbad.”
