L.A.’s No. 1 old school hip-hop and R&B radio station is hosting another installment of its annual Fresh Fest, your only chance to watch some of the best classic rappers in action. Headliners and New York City natives Mobb Deep are credited with putting the East Coast back on the ’90s rap map with their two classic albums, The Infamous (“Shook Ones Pt. II”) and Hell on Earth (“Front Lines [Hell on Earth]”). Also on the lineup are Bad Boy Records rapper Ma$e (Harlem World), Miami spitter Trick Daddy (“I’m a Thug”) and SoCal native Mack 10 — who was a member of hip-hop supergroup Westside Connection along with Ice Cube and WC — plus Above the Law, 2nd II None, Jayo Felony and more.
