Can’t make it to France this fall? We’re bringing the sweeter side of France to you with this three-hour interactive class. You’ll learn how to make classic French desserts from different parts of the country – resulting in a sweet tour around France!

YOU WILL LEARN TO MAKE:

Gâteau Basque (Basque country)

– A shortbready cake filled with either black cherry jam or pastry cream

Tarte aux pommes (Normandy)

– “Rough puff” and/or shortcrust pastry with an apple filling

Clafoutis (Limousin)

– Fruit baked into a flan-like batter (traditionally cherries but this works well with all different types of fruit)

Macarons de Nancy (Nancy)

– Some say these are the original macarons – not the ones you might be used to but just as tasty, and much easier to make!)
