It's been 2 years since we started this deranged experiment called Bad Movie Night Toronto and we're going to celebrate with one of the most awesomely awful films of all time: SAMURAI COP.

Our hero is Joe Marshall, a samurai super cop who studied with the "masters in Japan" and must now use his his elite skill set to combat the deadly Katana gang. And yet, Joe can barely pronounce Japanese names, waves a sword around like an out-of-control firehose, and keeps alternating between some luscious long hair and a cheap, crummy wig (which has nothing to do with the character's incompetence, but is a wonderful example of the film's disastrous quality). Plus, when he's not fighting crime, the samurai cop is out proving himself as god's gift to women in a series of lustful encounters that are about about as realistic and erotic as a pre-pubescent boy's first sexual fantasies. Without saying too much, the scene with the "horny nurse" is pretty much guaranteed to leave you speechless…

Yes, SAMURAI COP is a movie that's so ridiculously bad it becomes an utterly transcendent experience. So don't miss out on this opportunity, because one day, when SAMURAI COP becomes the official world religion that unifies all humanity, you'll regret that you waited so long to embrace this life-changing film.

And just because – why the hell not – it's our birthday, we're going to give away a copy of SAMURAI COP to one special audience member at the end of the night! Then you can go home and watch the movie over and over, until you lose your job, your spouse, and your desire to do anything else whatsoever. You'll watch it so many times that you'll start to believe you *are* the samurai cop, and that's when you will finally feel complete.
