Vaughan, ON – December 22nd 2014- Reptilia, Canada’s largest reptile zoo is unwrapping a Boxing Day gift for all visitors – free admission!! On Dec 26th (between 10-1pm) all visitors will be offered free admission with a donation of a non-perishable food item. All food items will support the Vaughan food bank. Our goal is to collect 1200 pounds of food which equals the weight of Induna, Canada’s largest Crocodile. It’s a great opportunity for the entire family to celebrate the season in an engaging, fun and unique environment.
Time: 10-1pm.
Zoo (Full) Hours: Open DEC 26th 10-5pm

& Diega, a 20 foot Reticulated Python
Reptilia is Canada’s largest reptile zoo . The state of the art 25,000 square foot facility showcases hundreds of different reptiles and amphibians. Some of the stars include venomous snakes, like the king cobra, and a 20 foot Reticulated Python one of only 2 known snakes on the earth documented to eat man.
Visitors get an unprecedented look at some of the most fascinating creatures on earth. With an open concept one can watch our Cast at work in the nursery, our food preparation area and the venomous workshop! Each day there are a variety of opportunities to interact with our animals and learn from our exceptional Cast Members during our shows, tours and animal feedings!
