Toronto: a city of condos. A city of condo boards.
This Spring delve into the shady business of the big city condo board and discover the lives, the desires, and the secrets of the people behind the notices you ignore everyday in the elevator. Completely unscripted, each show visits a different condo and its unique Board of Directors every week on the Bad Dog Comedy Theatre stage.
On his choice for show concept director Colin Munch (Punch Up) says, “I’m interested in the combination of ego, ambition, charisma, and free-time that would compel someone to campaign for, and be elected to, a committee of absolutely zero importance.”
Munch has collected a veteran cast of improvisers, including Kevin Vidal (Sunnyside), Dan Jeannotte (Uncalled For), Liz Johnston (Toronto, I Love You), Connor Thompson (Second City Mainstage), Ashley Comeau (Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival), Ken Hall (Two-Man, No-Show). Sure to delight even the most austere of condo-owners, The Board is next level comedy from Toronto’s premiere improv company.
