Join us on Thursday, July 16th, from 7-9pm, for a FREE concert by Loco Zydeco, as a part of Old Town Toronto’s Music in St. James Park concert series.

Crowd pleasing faves of the festival circuit, Loco Zydeco perform their own high octane take on Louisiana’s most exciting musical export – accordion and rubboard driven, straight out of the bayou Zydeco.

Time To Turn The Key, their 3rd and latest album, has been called “one of the best CD’s, Zydeco based or otherwise” by Blues Underground Network, Canada, and “one of the most infectious records of Zydeco music” by ROOTSTIME, Belgium. In the U.S., Big City Rhythm & Blues Magazine states “even more astounding is the authenticity of their music. You think these folks are from Lafayette or something….”

In the words of Grammy Award winning Zydeco legend Terrance Simien – “Loco Zydeco play their hearts out and do a fantastic job……we really appreciate them for the love they have for our Zydeco music!”

Concert sponsored by Harlem Restaurant.
