Spend A Summer Night Out With Ingrid Michaelson when she makes a tour stop at L.A.’s Greek Theatre this June. The New York-based indie pop singer-songwriter first gained exposure for her piano-driven, lyrically clever music when her songs appeared on popular television shows like Grey’s Anatomy, in films like The House Bunny (“Be OK”) and in commercials for Old Navy (remember “The Way I Am”?). Since then, she’s continued to be prolific in her writing, with five studio albums under her belt and hits like 2014’s “Girls Chase Boys” and “Afterlife” from the album Lights Out sending record sales into the multi-platinum range. Her live concerts feel like a hilarious friend is sharing some of her favorite songs and her most heartfelt emotions, with lots of audience banter between numbers. She’s joined on this leg of the tour by special guests Jukebox The Ghost and Greg Holden.
